Every engagement follows a clear, proven structure. Whether it is a brand refresh, a new website, or a full platform build, the process keeps things moving, keeps you informed, and ensures we deliver something that works.
Step by step - From first call to launch
Here's exactly how I work with clients, from our first conversation through to handover.

Discovery Meeting
Starting with a free 30-minute call to understand your business needs and how I can help. We will talk about where you are now, where you want to be, and what is standing in the way. This is an informal conversation - no pressure, no jargon. By the end of the call, we will both know whether it makes sense to work together.

Client Proposal
From our call I will provide a follow-up presentation that I will go through in depth, highlighting where I can help and setting KPIs. This includes a clear breakdown of the deliverables, timeline, and cost - so there are no surprises. You will see exactly what you are getting and why each element matters to your goals.

Client Agreement
After a follow-up discussion on my presentation, we set the milestones, agree on targets, and lock in a start date. Everything is documented so we are aligned from day one. This is where we formalise the scope and make sure expectations are crystal clear on both sides.

Get To Work
From there we work together on building out the project and liaise on a constant basis at the convenience of the client and their requirements. You will receive regular updates, have access to progress in real time, and can provide feedback at every stage. I do not disappear for weeks — communication is built into the process.

Launch & Ongoing Support
Once the project is complete, I handle deployment, final QA, and handover. But the relationship does not end at launch. I offer ongoing support packages to keep things running smoothly, handle updates, and help you iterate as your business grows. Many of my clients continue working with me long after the initial project.
