I'm Steven, the founder of Studio SC7.
I've spent the last decade starting, running and growing businesses, including co-founding What The Fork and Golf Sherpa. A large part of that has been identifying opportunities, understanding what customers need and turning ideas into working products.
Through Studio SC7, I now use that experience to help other businesses and individuals build their own websites, software and digital platforms.
I don't just look at a project from a development perspective. I understand the costs involved, the commercial decisions that need to be made and how important it is to build something that works for the people using it.

Every project is different, and I don't believe in forcing the same technology onto every build.
I work with a wide range of development frameworks, content management systems, databases and cloud services to build websites, applications and bespoke software.
That includes modern technologies such as Next.js, React, TypeScript, Sanity and Supabase, alongside established platforms including WordPress, Shopify and AWS.
I also use modern AI development tools as part of my day-to-day workflow, helping me move projects through development, testing and delivery efficiently.

I develop business websites, ecommerce stores, bespoke software, web applications and digital platforms. Projects range from relatively straightforward websites to more complex systems with user accounts, payments, bookings and integrations.
Not at all. Some clients come to me with detailed requirements, others have an idea and need help working out how to build it. I'm happy to discuss both.
It depends on what you're looking to build. A straightforward website is a very different project from a custom software platform. I provide a clear proposal and breakdown of costs before any work starts, and you can use my free estimator to get an initial indication.
Yes. Not every project needs to start again from scratch. I can review what you already have and help you decide whether it makes more sense to improve, rebuild or extend it.
